Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules that apply when accessing, purchasing, reselling, or otherwise using products, subscriptions, accounts, credits, reseller tools, and other services offered through AccountBot.org.

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all visitors, customers, resellers, partners, and users of AccountBot.org ("AccountBot", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using AccountBot.org, purchasing a product, using a reseller account, redeeming reseller credits, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions and other applicable policies.

Important If you do not agree with this Acceptable Use Policy, you should not use, purchase, distribute, or resell services obtained through AccountBot.org.

2. General Acceptable Use Requirements

AccountBot services must be used responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with any instructions, limitations, or terms provided with the relevant product or service.

You agree to:

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.
  • Provide accurate information when placing orders or communicating with support.
  • Follow product-specific instructions provided at the time of purchase.
  • Respect applicable intellectual property rights.
  • Follow any reasonable security or usage requirements associated with a product.
  • Protect your AccountBot login credentials and reseller panel access.
  • Immediately report suspected unauthorized access to your AccountBot account.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use AccountBot.org, its products, credits, accounts, subscriptions, reseller systems, or related services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activities.

Fraud & Deception

Using false identities, stolen information, fraudulent payments, deceptive claims, or other fraudulent methods is prohibited.

Unauthorized Access

Attempting to access accounts, systems, dashboards, APIs, servers, or data without authorization is prohibited.

Security Abuse

You may not exploit vulnerabilities, bypass security measures, interfere with systems, or attempt to compromise services.

Payment Abuse

Fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes made in bad faith, or unauthorized payment methods are prohibited.

Reseller Abuse

Reseller access may not be used to deceive customers, misrepresent services, manipulate credits, or bypass restrictions.

Platform Abuse

Excessive automated requests, scraping, attacks, spam, or intentional disruption of AccountBot systems is prohibited.

4. Illegal or Harmful Activity

AccountBot services may not be used to facilitate, promote, or participate in illegal or harmful activity.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Fraud or identity theft.
  • Phishing or credential theft.
  • Unauthorized access to computers, accounts, networks, or services.
  • Distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, or malicious code.
  • Financial scams or deceptive payment schemes.
  • Harassment, threats, stalking, or abuse.
  • Activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Activities intended to damage another person, business, service, or platform.

5. Account & Credential Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their AccountBot credentials, reseller credentials, and any other private access information provided to them.

You must not:

  • Share your AccountBot administrator or reseller login with unauthorized individuals.
  • Sell or transfer access to your AccountBot account unless expressly authorized.
  • Attempt to obtain another customer's AccountBot credentials.
  • Use compromised, stolen, or fraudulently obtained login information.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, account limits, or security controls.
Account Responsibility You are responsible for activity performed through your AccountBot account unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorized access.

6. Reseller Acceptable Use

Customers who purchase reseller credits or receive access to an AccountBot reseller panel must use reseller services responsibly and in accordance with our Reseller Terms & Conditions.

Resellers must not:

  • Make false or misleading claims about products or subscription services.
  • Impersonate AccountBot.org or claim to be an official representative without permission.
  • Use AccountBot trademarks, branding, or copyrighted material in a misleading manner.
  • Misrepresent product duration, features, warranty, availability, or limitations.
  • Attempt to manipulate, duplicate, counterfeit, or fraudulently obtain reseller credits.
  • Exploit replacement or warranty systems for financial gain.
  • Use automated tools intended to overload, manipulate, or abuse the reseller platform.
  • Provide services to customers when doing so would violate applicable law.

Resellers remain responsible for their own marketing, customers, taxes, legal obligations, and business practices.

7. Warranty & Replacement Abuse

AccountBot may provide warranty, replacement, or technical support for eligible products. These systems are provided for genuine service issues.

The following behavior is prohibited:

  • Submitting knowingly false warranty claims.
  • Requesting multiple replacements for the same problem without justification.
  • Intentionally damaging or changing a product to obtain a replacement.
  • Continuing to use a replaced product while falsely claiming that it is unusable.
  • Manipulating automated replacement systems.
  • Using warranty processes to generate additional inventory for resale.

Accounts associated with repeated or suspicious warranty abuse may be restricted or suspended while the activity is reviewed.

8. Payment Disputes & Chargeback Abuse

Customers should contact AccountBot support before initiating a payment dispute whenever there is a genuine issue that we may be able to resolve.

Prohibited payment activity includes:

  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
  • Submitting a chargeback after successfully receiving and using a product.
  • Falsely claiming that an order was unauthorized.
  • Using chargebacks as a substitute for contacting support.
  • Repeatedly creating new accounts following fraudulent payment disputes.
Fraudulent Disputes We may restrict or terminate accounts associated with payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or intentionally false transaction claims.

9. Automated Access, Bots & Scraping

Unless AccountBot expressly provides an API or grants written permission, users may not use automated systems in a manner that interferes with or places an unreasonable burden on AccountBot.org.

Prohibited activities may include:

  • High-volume automated requests.
  • Unauthorized scraping of product or customer information.
  • Attempting to bypass rate limits or technical restrictions.
  • Automated checkout abuse.
  • Credential stuffing.
  • Denial-of-service or resource exhaustion attempts.
  • Automated exploitation of promotions, warranties, or reseller credits.

10. Intellectual Property & Brand Use

AccountBot's website content, original graphics, branding, logos, product descriptions, reseller systems, software, and other proprietary materials may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, impersonate, or commercially exploit AccountBot branding in a manner that falsely suggests partnership, sponsorship, or authorization.

References to third-party brands or trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, references to a third-party service do not necessarily imply endorsement or partnership.

11. Third-Party Services

Certain products available through AccountBot.org may relate to third-party platforms or services. Those third parties may maintain their own acceptable use policies, terms of service, geographic restrictions, device limitations, or usage requirements.

Customers and resellers are responsible for complying with applicable third-party requirements when using those services.

Third-Party Terms AccountBot does not authorize customers to violate a third party's terms, technical restrictions, intellectual property rights, or applicable law.

12. Interference With Our Services

You may not intentionally interfere with the normal operation, availability, security, or performance of AccountBot.org or its supporting infrastructure.

Examples include:

  • Distributed denial-of-service attacks.
  • Attempting to overwhelm servers with excessive requests.
  • Introducing malicious software.
  • Attempting to disable security or monitoring systems.
  • Testing vulnerabilities without written authorization.
  • Accessing restricted administrative areas.
  • Reverse engineering protected systems where prohibited by law.

13. Communications & Support Abuse

Customers are expected to communicate respectfully with our support team and other representatives.

You may not:

  • Threaten, harass, or abuse AccountBot staff or representatives.
  • Send excessive repetitive messages intended to disrupt support services.
  • Provide intentionally false evidence or fabricated screenshots.
  • Impersonate another customer.
  • Use support channels to promote spam, scams, or unrelated commercial services.

14. Investigation of Suspected Abuse

AccountBot may review activity associated with suspected fraud, security incidents, reseller abuse, warranty abuse, payment disputes, or violations of this policy.

Where reasonably necessary, we may request information needed to verify an order, account, transaction, warranty claim, or reseller activity.

Failure to provide reasonably requested verification may result in temporary limitations while the matter is reviewed.

15. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe that this Acceptable Use Policy has been violated, AccountBot may take appropriate action depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

Actions may include:

  • Issuing a warning.
  • Requesting corrective action.
  • Restricting certain account features.
  • Temporarily suspending an AccountBot account.
  • Suspending reseller panel access.
  • Blocking transactions presenting a significant fraud risk.
  • Terminating access in cases of serious or repeated violations.
  • Preserving relevant records where required for fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Enforcement decisions may consider the nature of the violation, previous violations, security risk, payment history, potential harm, and applicable legal obligations.

16. Circumvention of Restrictions

Users may not attempt to circumvent enforcement actions or restrictions imposed under this policy.

This includes:

  • Creating additional accounts to bypass a suspension.
  • Using another person's account to continue prohibited activity.
  • Changing identifying or payment information to evade fraud controls.
  • Using technical methods to bypass access restrictions.

17. Reporting Abuse or Security Issues

If you believe AccountBot.org, an AccountBot account, or one of our services is being used in violation of this policy, please report the matter through our official support channels.

When reporting an issue, please provide enough information for us to identify and investigate the relevant account, order, transaction, or activity.

Please do not publicly disclose security vulnerabilities before giving us a reasonable opportunity to investigate them.

18. Changes to This Acceptable Use Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, security requirements, legal obligations, or abuse-prevention measures.

The updated version will be published on AccountBot.org with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of our services after an updated policy becomes effective may constitute acceptance of the revised policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
