Reseller Terms & Conditions
These Reseller Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the AccountBot.org reseller program, including the purchase and use of reseller credits, resale of eligible digital services, warranty support, and use of the AccountBot reseller panel.
Last Updated: September 14, 2026
By purchasing reseller credits, accessing our reseller panel, ordering reseller services, or otherwise participating in the AccountBot.org reseller program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Reseller Terms & Conditions.
These terms supplement our general website Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy, Warranty Policy, Cancellation Policy, and other applicable policies published on AccountBot.org.
1 Eligibility & Acceptance
To participate in the AccountBot.org reseller program, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your location and business activities.
By joining the reseller program, you represent and warrant that:
- You have authority to enter into these Reseller Terms & Conditions.
- You will provide accurate account, billing, and contact information.
- You will use the reseller platform only for lawful business purposes.
- You are responsible for determining whether resale of a particular service is permitted in your jurisdiction.
- You will comply with any applicable third-party platform terms associated with products you sell.
AccountBot reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate reseller access where necessary to protect the platform, suppliers, customers, or AccountBot.
2 Reseller Credits
Eligible reseller products may be purchased using AccountBot reseller credits. Credit packages, prices, and applicable product consumption rates are displayed on AccountBot.org or within the reseller panel.
Credit Usage
- Credits are deducted according to the service and subscription duration selected.
- Different services may consume different amounts of credit.
- Credit consumption rates may change based on supplier costs, product availability, market conditions, or service changes.
- Resellers should review the displayed credit cost before placing each order.
Credit Value
Credits are platform units used to purchase eligible reseller services. They are not bank deposits, cryptocurrency, securities, stored-value money, or independently transferable cash unless AccountBot explicitly states otherwise.
3 Services, Products & Availability
The AccountBot reseller panel may provide access to various digital products, subscriptions, licenses, account-based services, activation services, or other digital offerings.
Product availability is not guaranteed. Services may be added, removed, temporarily disabled, or modified at any time due to:
- Supplier availability;
- Changes made by the underlying service provider;
- Regional availability;
- Technical issues;
- Security or fraud-prevention requirements;
- Changes in pricing or platform policies;
- Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements.
AccountBot does not guarantee that every product displayed historically will remain available indefinitely.
4 Reseller Pricing
Reseller pricing and credit consumption may be changed from time to time. Prices displayed at the time an order is successfully submitted will normally apply to that order.
AccountBot may modify pricing because of changes in supplier rates, currency fluctuations, service-provider pricing, operational costs, taxes, or other market conditions.
Your Retail Pricing
Unless specifically restricted by an individual service, resellers are generally responsible for determining the retail price charged to their own customers.
Any profit margin, tax obligation, transaction fee, customer support expense, or refund obligation associated with your own customers is your responsibility.
5 Order Processing & Digital Delivery
Reseller products are digital goods and may be delivered automatically or manually depending on the service.
Delivery may include:
- Login credentials;
- Subscription activation;
- License keys;
- Access links;
- Account upgrades;
- Activation instructions;
- Other digital fulfillment methods.
Estimated delivery times are not guarantees unless AccountBot explicitly states otherwise. Delays may occur because of supplier availability, verification requirements, third-party downtime, maintenance, or unusually high order volume.
6 Reseller Responsibilities
As a reseller, you operate independently from AccountBot unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate product descriptions to your customers.
- Clearly communicating subscription duration, limitations, and warranty coverage.
- Providing first-line support to your customers whenever reasonably possible.
- Protecting customer login credentials and confidential information.
- Complying with consumer protection, tax, privacy, advertising, and e-commerce laws applicable to you.
- Ensuring your marketing does not falsely claim an affiliation, partnership, or endorsement that does not exist.
- Preventing fraudulent orders, abusive activity, and unauthorized use.
- Reviewing service-specific instructions before reselling a product.
You may not represent yourself as an employee, legal agent, official representative, or exclusive partner of AccountBot unless AccountBot gives you written authorization.
7 Warranty & Replacement Policy
Warranty coverage varies by product. Where a service is advertised as including warranty coverage for the selected subscription period, AccountBot will provide support in accordance with the applicable Warranty Policy and service-specific conditions.
Possible Warranty Remedies
Depending on the circumstances, a warranty remedy may include:
- Troubleshooting assistance;
- Repair or reactivation;
- Replacement credentials;
- Replacement of an eligible account or subscription;
- Restoration of service where technically possible;
- Another equivalent remedy determined by AccountBot.
Warranty May Be Refused If
- The customer or reseller changed prohibited account settings or credentials contrary to instructions.
- The account was intentionally shared beyond permitted limits.
- The service was abused, resold contrary to service-specific restrictions, or used for prohibited activities.
- Damage or loss resulted from the reseller's or customer's own actions.
- The reseller provided false or incomplete information when requesting support.
- The warranty period has expired.
Where an automatic replacement feature is available, enabling that feature does not expand the warranty beyond the terms applicable to the underlying service.
8 Refunds, Credits & Cancellations
Because reseller credits and fulfilled services are digital products, purchases may become non-refundable once credits have been used or a digital product has been successfully delivered, activated, generated, or assigned.
Refund eligibility, where applicable, is determined according to the AccountBot Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, Delivery Policy, Warranty Policy, and applicable consumer law.
Unused Credits
Requests concerning unused reseller credits will be reviewed according to the terms applicable at the time of purchase. Promotional credits, bonus credits, complimentary credits, and credits issued as compensation may be non-refundable and non-transferable.
9 Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you experience an order problem, you should contact AccountBot support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Temporary or permanent reseller account suspension;
- Freezing of unused credits while the dispute is investigated;
- Cancellation of pending orders;
- Recovery of chargeback fees and associated costs where permitted;
- Restriction from future purchases.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
10 Prohibited Activities
The reseller platform must not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Prohibited activities include, without limitation:
- Fraud or attempted fraud;
- Use of stolen payment methods;
- Unauthorized account access or credential theft;
- Phishing, malware distribution, spam, or impersonation;
- Selling products using materially false or misleading claims;
- Attempting to exploit bugs, pricing errors, credit balances, or panel vulnerabilities;
- Reverse engineering or interfering with AccountBot systems;
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or enforcement;
- Using services in violation of applicable law;
- Reselling a service where the applicable provider expressly prohibits the specific method of resale being used.
AccountBot may investigate suspected abuse and take reasonable steps to protect its platform and users.
11 Third-Party Platforms & Services
Many products offered through the reseller panel depend on independent third-party companies and platforms. AccountBot does not control those third parties.
Third-party providers may change their prices, features, device limitations, regional restrictions, subscription structures, security systems, or terms of service at any time.
Resellers are responsible for reviewing service-specific requirements and ensuring that their own use and resale practices comply with applicable third-party requirements.
12 Account Security
Resellers are responsible for maintaining the security of their AccountBot account, reseller panel credentials, API credentials, passwords, and other access information.
- Do not share reseller panel credentials with unauthorized persons.
- Use strong, unique passwords.
- Notify AccountBot immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.
- Keep customer information secure.
- Do not expose API keys, access tokens, or private reseller data publicly.
AccountBot is not responsible for losses caused by a reseller's failure to adequately secure their own account, except where required by applicable law.
13 Customer Support
Resellers are generally expected to act as the first point of contact for their own customers.
When AccountBot assistance is required, the reseller should provide all relevant information necessary to investigate the issue, which may include:
- Order number;
- Service name;
- Date of purchase or activation;
- Error message;
- Relevant screenshots where appropriate;
- A clear explanation of the issue.
Support response times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue, supplier availability, time zone, service provider status, and order volume.
14 Taxes & Business Obligations
Resellers are responsible for determining and fulfilling all tax, reporting, licensing, registration, invoicing, and other business obligations applicable to their resale activities.
AccountBot is not responsible for calculating or collecting taxes that a reseller independently owes on transactions between the reseller and their own customers, except where AccountBot is legally required to do so.
15 Intellectual Property
AccountBot.org, the AccountBot name, website content, reseller platform, graphics, software, documentation, and related materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Participation in the reseller program does not transfer ownership of any AccountBot intellectual property.
Resellers may not copy, modify, reproduce, scrape, reverse engineer, or distribute proprietary AccountBot technology or content except where expressly authorized.
16 Suspension & Termination
AccountBot may restrict, suspend, or terminate reseller access when reasonably necessary, including where there is suspected:
- Fraud or payment abuse;
- Violation of these terms;
- Misuse of reseller products;
- Security threats;
- Unauthorized access;
- Excessive or abusive support requests;
- Chargeback abuse;
- Legal or regulatory risk;
- Harm to AccountBot, suppliers, service providers, or customers.
Where appropriate, AccountBot may provide an opportunity to resolve the issue before permanent termination. Serious fraud, security abuse, or illegal activity may result in immediate termination.
17 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AccountBot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or speculative losses arising from participation in the reseller program.
This may include loss resulting from:
- Lost profits or expected revenue;
- Loss of customers;
- Business interruption;
- Third-party platform outages;
- Supplier changes;
- Account restrictions imposed by a third-party service provider;
- Changes to third-party services or policies;
- Loss caused by reseller or customer misuse.
Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18 Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these terms, unlawful resale activities, misleading marketing, infringement of third-party rights, or misconduct involving your customers.
This provision does not require you to indemnify AccountBot for liability that cannot legally be transferred or excluded.
19 No Guaranteed Earnings
AccountBot does not guarantee that participation in the reseller program will generate any specific amount of revenue or profit.
Your results depend on factors including your pricing, marketing, customer acquisition, operating costs, market demand, applicable taxes, competition, and third-party service availability.
20 Independent Reseller Relationship
Your participation in the AccountBot reseller program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, franchise, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, or legal agency relationship between you and AccountBot.
You operate your own independent resale business and are responsible for your own customers, representations, pricing, taxes, compliance obligations, and business decisions.
21 Confidential Information
Resellers must not publicly disclose confidential or restricted information obtained through the reseller program, including private supplier details, security procedures, internal tools, API credentials, non-public pricing information, or other information reasonably identified as confidential.
22 Force Majeure
AccountBot will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events reasonably beyond its control, including internet failures, data-center outages, payment processor disruptions, supplier outages, natural disasters, government actions, war, civil unrest, major cybersecurity incidents, or third-party platform failures.
23 Changes to These Terms
AccountBot may update these Reseller Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, reseller features, suppliers, laws, business operations, or security practices.
Updated terms become effective when published unless another effective date is stated. Continued use of the reseller platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
24 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
25 Entire Agreement
These Reseller Terms & Conditions, together with AccountBot's other applicable published policies and any product-specific terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of the reseller program unless a separate written agreement signed by AccountBot applies.
