Account / Subscription Replacement Policy
This Replacement Policy explains when a digital account, subscription, license, activation, or other eligible digital service purchased from AccountBot.org may qualify for replacement.
Our goal is to provide a fair, transparent, and efficient process when an eligible product stops working during its applicable warranty period.

Warranty-Based Replacements
Eligible products may be replaced when they stop functioning during the warranty period stated on the product page or order.
Report Issues Promptly
Customers should contact support as soon as an issue is discovered and provide the information needed for verification.
Replacement Before Refund
Where appropriate, AccountBot.org may first repair, reactivate, or replace an eligible digital product before considering other remedies.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Account / Subscription Replacement Policy applies to eligible digital products and services purchased directly through AccountBot.org.
Depending on the specific product, this may include:
- Digital subscription accounts;
- Premium subscription upgrades;
- Digital service activations;
- License keys or digital licenses;
- Reseller-panel products;
- Pre-configured digital accounts;
- Other digital services specifically advertised with a warranty or replacement period.
2. Warranty Period
Replacement eligibility normally applies only during the warranty period stated on the applicable product page or order.
Where a product is advertised with warranty coverage for the full selected subscription period, eligible replacement support will generally remain available until the end of that selected period, subject to the exclusions and conditions in this policy.
Warranty coverage begins from the date the product is delivered, activated, or otherwise made available to the customer unless another starting date is specifically stated.
3. When a Replacement May Be Provided
Subject to verification, an eligible account or subscription may qualify for replacement if it stops functioning because of an issue covered by our warranty.
Examples may include:
- The supplied login credentials no longer work through no fault of the customer;
- The purchased subscription unexpectedly becomes inactive during the covered warranty period;
- An account supplied by AccountBot.org becomes inaccessible for reasons not caused by customer misuse;
- A digital license or activation supplied by us is confirmed to be invalid;
- The delivered product materially differs from the plan or duration shown on the customer's order;
- An eligible reseller-panel product fails and qualifies under the replacement rules applicable to that service.
4. Situations Not Covered by Free Replacement
A replacement may be refused where the issue was caused by customer actions, unauthorized use, violation of instructions, or circumstances outside the coverage provided with the product.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Changing account credentials when such changes are prohibited;
- Changing the registered email address, recovery information, country, region, or other protected account information without authorization;
- Adding or removing payment methods in a way that affects the account;
- Sharing an account with more users than the purchased plan permits;
- Exceeding device, household, IP, location, or simultaneous-stream limits;
- Using VPNs, proxies, automation, bots, scripts, or other tools where prohibited by the applicable service;
- Attempting to resell a non-reseller product where resale is not permitted;
- Violating the terms or acceptable-use rules of the underlying third-party service;
- Account suspension caused by abusive, fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity;
- Failure to follow activation or usage instructions provided with the order;
- Customer device, browser, network, software, or compatibility problems unrelated to the supplied product;
- Deletion, modification, or loss caused by the customer or another person who obtained access from the customer;
- Issues reported after the applicable warranty period has expired.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To maintain replacement eligibility, customers are expected to use purchased products responsibly and follow all instructions supplied with the order.
Customers must:
- Read and follow the instructions delivered with the product;
- Keep order details and supplied credentials secure;
- Notify AccountBot.org promptly when a covered issue occurs;
- Provide truthful and complete information when requesting support;
- Avoid making unauthorized account changes while a support case is under review;
- Cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting or verification requests;
- Comply with applicable laws and the terms of the underlying service.
Customers are responsible for the actions of anyone to whom they provide access to a purchased account or subscription.
6. How to Request a Replacement
If you experience an issue with an eligible product, contact AccountBot.org support and provide enough information for us to identify your order and investigate the problem.
-
Contact Support
Submit your replacement request using an official AccountBot.org support channel. -
Provide Your Order Information
Include your order number, purchase email, product name, and the affected subscription or account where applicable. -
Describe the Problem
Explain what is not working and when the issue started. -
Provide Evidence if Requested
We may request screenshots, error messages, or other reasonable information necessary to verify the problem. -
Allow Us to Verify the Issue
Our team may test the product, review activation status, or perform troubleshooting before issuing a replacement.
7. Verification and Replacement Processing
Every replacement request may be reviewed before approval. The verification process helps us determine whether the issue is covered by the applicable warranty.
Depending on the situation, AccountBot.org may:
- Check whether the subscription remains active;
- Test supplied credentials;
- Confirm the product type and warranty period;
- Review relevant account or activation information;
- Ask the customer to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps;
- Determine whether customer actions caused or contributed to the issue.
Processing times can vary depending on the product, the nature of the issue, the availability of replacement inventory, and whether information is required from a third-party service.
Submitting multiple requests for the same issue does not guarantee faster processing.
8. Replacement Product Terms
When a replacement is approved, AccountBot.org will generally attempt to provide a replacement that is equivalent to the original purchased product.
| Original Purchase | Typical Replacement |
|---|---|
| Subscription account | An equivalent working account or restored subscription access |
| Premium upgrade | Reactivation, replacement activation, or equivalent access |
| License / digital key | A replacement valid license or key where the original is verified defective |
| Reseller-panel product | Replacement according to the panel's applicable replacement rules |
A replacement does not automatically restart or extend the original warranty period unless AccountBot.org specifically states otherwise. Normally, the replacement remains covered only for the remaining portion of the original applicable warranty period.
Where an identical replacement is unavailable, we may offer a reasonably comparable alternative, account credit, or another appropriate resolution.
9. Replacement Rules for Resellers
Customers using an AccountBot.org reseller plan or reseller panel may be subject to additional replacement rules displayed within the reseller system or applicable product listing.
Where an automated replacement feature is available, eligible products may be replaced through the reseller panel according to the applicable system rules.
Resellers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate product instructions to their end customers;
- Ensuring customers do not make prohibited account changes;
- Preventing abusive or fraudulent replacement requests;
- Keeping reseller-panel credentials secure;
- Complying with AccountBot.org's Reseller Terms & Conditions;
- Ensuring their own customer policies do not misrepresent AccountBot.org's warranty.
Replacement abuse originating from an end customer may affect the reseller's replacement eligibility where the reseller failed to follow applicable usage or verification requirements.
10. Replacement Abuse and Fraud Prevention
AccountBot.org reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or investigate replacement requests where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the replacement system.
This may include:
- Repeated false claims that working accounts are defective;
- Intentionally disabling or modifying accounts in order to obtain replacements;
- Requesting replacement after transferring or reselling an account contrary to applicable terms;
- Using multiple identities or orders to circumvent replacement limits;
- Submitting altered, misleading, or fabricated screenshots or evidence;
- Attempting to retain and use both an original product and its replacement where the original remains functional.
Where abuse or fraud is reasonably suspected, we may suspend replacement privileges, restrict account access, investigate affected orders, or take other appropriate action permitted under our Terms & Conditions.
11. Replacement vs. Refund
A replacement request is different from a refund request.
For eligible digital products, AccountBot.org may first attempt to fix, restore, reactivate, or replace the affected service before considering a refund.
A technical issue with a product does not automatically entitle the customer to a monetary refund when a working replacement can reasonably be provided.
Refund eligibility, where applicable, is governed separately by AccountBot.org's applicable refund, cancellation, and other related policies.
12. Third-Party Services
Some products available through AccountBot.org provide access to or interact with services operated by independent third parties.
AccountBot.org does not control the underlying platforms' infrastructure, application updates, service availability, policies, geographic restrictions, device compatibility, or independent enforcement decisions.
If a third-party provider modifies, suspends, discontinues, or materially changes its service, AccountBot.org will evaluate any resulting replacement request based on the applicable warranty, product terms, available replacement options, and circumstances of the issue.
Nothing in this policy guarantees uninterrupted availability of any independent third-party platform.
13. Changes to This Replacement Policy
AccountBot.org may revise this Replacement Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, warranty procedures, security requirements, business practices, or applicable legal obligations.
The updated version will be published on AccountBot.org together with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Replacement requests will generally be reviewed according to the applicable terms and warranty associated with the customer's purchase, together with any mandatory rights that may apply under applicable law.
