We sell digital subscriptions and online services. Please review our refund policy before purchasing any product from AccountBot.

Overview

At AccountBot, we sell digital products and subscription services. Since our products are delivered electronically, they cannot be physically returned. Because of this, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All products sold by AccountBot are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.

Once a subscription, digital account, license key, or online service has been successfully delivered, it is considered used and cannot be returned.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund only if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • You received a product significantly different from what was advertised.
  • Your order could not be delivered due to an error on our side.
  • The purchased product became permanently unavailable.
  • A duplicate payment was made.
All refund requests are reviewed individually and approval is not guaranteed.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Successfully delivered digital subscriptions.
  • Digital accounts and software licenses.
  • Gift cards or store credit.
  • Promotional or discounted products.
  • Products that have already been accessed or activated.
  • Orders placed by mistake after successful delivery.

Incorrect or Defective Orders

If you receive:

  • Incorrect account details
  • Invalid credentials
  • A defective digital product
Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or another suitable solution whenever appropriate.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing time depends on your payment provider.
  • Most approved refunds are completed within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your payment provider or bank.
  • Allow several business days for processing.
  • If you still haven’t received your refund, contact our support team.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before delivery. Once a digital product has been delivered, cancellation is no longer possible.

Exchanges

Because we sell digital products, exchanges are generally not available. If you receive an incorrect or non-working product due to our error, we will replace it whenever possible.

Chargebacks

Please contact our support team before opening a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of your AccountBot account.
