Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how payments, billing, payment verification, reseller credits, failed transactions, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are handled at AccountBot.org.

Last Updated: September 14, 2026

By placing an order, purchasing reseller credits, or otherwise completing a transaction through AccountBot.org, you agree to this Payment Policy together with our applicable Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Delivery Policy, Warranty Policy, and other policies published on our website.

01

Accepted Payment Methods

AccountBot.org may provide one or more payment options during checkout depending on the customer's country, order amount, product, risk assessment, and availability of our payment providers.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payment options may be added, removed, limited, or temporarily unavailable without prior notice.

Important: A payment method should only be considered available when it appears as an option on the AccountBot.org checkout page for your transaction.
02

Payment Authorization

By submitting payment information and completing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • The billing and payment information you provide is accurate.
  • You authorize AccountBot.org and its payment providers to process the transaction.
  • You agree to pay the total amount displayed before completing the order.
  • You will not intentionally submit unauthorized or fraudulent payment information.

An order may not be considered fully accepted until the payment has been successfully received and, where required, verified.

03

Currency, Prices & Exchange Rates

Product prices are displayed on AccountBot.org in the currency shown on the relevant product page or checkout page.

If your card, bank account, payment wallet, or payment provider uses another currency, your provider may automatically convert the transaction and may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees.

Such conversion rates and third-party fees are determined by your financial institution or payment provider and are outside the control of AccountBot.org.

Price Changes

We may update product, subscription, reseller, or credit prices from time to time. Changes generally do not affect completed purchases unless required to correct an obvious pricing, technical, or billing error.

04

Payment Verification

Certain transactions may require additional verification before an order is fulfilled. This helps us reduce unauthorized payments, fraud, and abuse.

Verification may include reviewing information such as:

  • Order and billing information;
  • Payment transaction status;
  • Payment-provider fraud or risk indicators;
  • Previous account or transaction history;
  • Confirmation that the payer is authorized to make the purchase.
Orders Under Review Some digital orders may not be delivered immediately while a transaction is undergoing payment or security verification.

We reserve the right to request reasonable additional verification or cancel and refund an order when we cannot satisfactorily verify a transaction.

05

Failed, Declined or Pending Payments

A payment may be declined, delayed, reversed, or remain pending for reasons determined by your financial institution, payment provider, fraud-prevention system, or payment network.

If a payment fails or remains incomplete:

  • Your order may not be processed or delivered.
  • You may be asked to complete payment again.
  • You may need to use another available payment method.
  • You should contact your payment provider if the problem originates from them.

Please avoid repeatedly submitting the same transaction if your bank shows a pending payment. In some cases, a temporary authorization may appear before it is automatically released by the payment provider.

06

Payment & Digital Product Delivery

AccountBot.org primarily provides digital products and services. Successful payment does not necessarily mean that fulfillment occurs before automated or manual payment verification is completed.

1

Order Submitted

The customer completes checkout and submits payment.

2

Payment Confirmed

The transaction is processed and may undergo verification.

3

Order Fulfilled

The eligible digital product, account, subscription, license, or credit is delivered.

Digital delivery terms may vary according to the specific product. Customers should also review our Delivery Policy and the information shown on the applicable product page.

07

Reseller Credits & Account Balance

Where AccountBot.org offers reseller credits or an internal account balance, those credits are intended for eligible purchases and services within the AccountBot reseller system.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Credits have no independent cash value outside AccountBot.org.
  • Credits cannot be transferred between customers without authorization.
  • Credits may only be used for products supported by the applicable reseller program.
  • Credit consumption may vary depending on product, plan, duration, or service.
  • Displayed credit requirements may be updated for future orders.
Reseller Purchases Resellers should review the applicable Reseller Terms & Conditions before purchasing or using reseller credits.
08

Refunds & Payment Reversals

Eligibility for refunds is determined by the applicable AccountBot.org refund, replacement, warranty, cancellation, and product-specific terms.

Making a payment does not automatically guarantee that the transaction will qualify for a refund after a digital product or service has been delivered, activated, accessed, redeemed, or otherwise used.

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued through an appropriate payment method supported for the transaction. The time required for the refunded amount to appear may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Contact Support First If you experience a problem with an order, please contact AccountBot.org support before opening a payment dispute. Many delivery, activation, or subscription issues can be resolved through our support or replacement process.
09

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers should contact AccountBot.org before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute whenever possible so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is submitted, we may provide the payment provider with relevant transaction evidence, including where appropriate:

  • Order records;
  • Payment confirmation;
  • Delivery or fulfillment information;
  • Account activity related to the transaction;
  • Customer communications concerning the order;
  • Relevant policy acceptance or transaction information.

Fraudulent, abusive, or intentionally misleading chargebacks may result in restriction or suspension of access to AccountBot.org services where permitted by applicable law and our Terms & Conditions.

Please Note: A chargeback should not be used as a substitute for contacting support about ordinary delivery, warranty, activation, or replacement issues.
10

Fraud Prevention & Suspicious Transactions

AccountBot.org may use automated and manual systems to help identify potentially unauthorized, fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious transactions.

We may delay, reject, cancel, or refund an order where:

  • The transaction is flagged for elevated fraud risk;
  • The payment is reported as unauthorized;
  • The billing or account information appears materially inconsistent;
  • Multiple suspicious payment attempts are detected;
  • The transaction appears to violate our Terms & Conditions or other policies;
  • Additional payment verification cannot be completed.

These controls are intended to protect customers, AccountBot.org, and payment providers from unauthorized activity.

11

Taxes, Processing Fees & Third-Party Charges

Applicable taxes or legally required charges may be added to an order where required based on the transaction, customer location, product type, or applicable law.

Your bank, card issuer, payment provider, cryptocurrency provider, wallet provider, or other third party may also impose its own processing, network, international transaction, conversion, or service fees.

Unless expressly charged by AccountBot.org and displayed during checkout, third-party fees are not controlled by AccountBot.org and are generally not refundable by us.

12

Payment Security

Payment transactions may be processed using third-party payment service providers. The payment information requested and handled during checkout may therefore be subject to the security, privacy, and processing practices of the applicable payment provider.

Customers are responsible for protecting their AccountBot.org login credentials and ensuring that payments made from their account are authorized.

If you believe your AccountBot.org account or payment method has been used without authorization, contact support and your payment provider promptly.

13

Duplicate Charges & Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or more than once for the same order, please contact AccountBot.org support with your order details.

Where possible, provide:

  • Your order number;
  • The email address used for the purchase;
  • The amount charged;
  • The approximate transaction date;
  • Relevant transaction or payment reference information.

For security purposes, do not send full card numbers, banking passwords, wallet recovery phrases, PIN codes, or other highly sensitive financial credentials to our support team.

14

Changes to This Payment Policy

AccountBot.org may modify this Payment Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, payment procedures, fraud controls, business operations, payment providers, or applicable requirements.

Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of AccountBot.org after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
