AccountBot Customer Protection

Warranty Policy

Our goal is to provide reliable digital products and subscription services. This Warranty Policy explains when a product or service is eligible for troubleshooting, replacement, restoration, or other warranty assistance.

Last Updated: September 14, 2026

This Warranty Policy applies to eligible purchases made through AccountBot.org. By purchasing or using our products, accounts, subscriptions, licenses, reseller credits, or related digital services, you agree to the terms described below.

Important: The exact warranty period may vary by product. When a product page states that warranty is provided for the selected subscription period, the warranty generally remains valid until the end of that purchased period, subject to the requirements and exclusions in this policy.

Warranty Protection

Eligible products are covered against qualifying service or access issues during the stated warranty period.

Replacement Support

Qualifying issues may be resolved through troubleshooting, restoration, replacement, or another suitable solution.

Fast Claim Process

Customers should contact support with their order information and relevant details so our team can investigate the issue.

1. Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, warranty protection covers eligible technical or access-related problems that originate from the product or service supplied by AccountBot.org.

Depending on the product, covered situations may include:

  • A supplied account or digital product stops working during its valid warranty period.
  • A subscription supplied by us becomes inaccessible for reasons not caused by the customer.
  • Login credentials originally supplied by us stop functioning without unauthorized changes by the customer.
  • A qualifying license key or activation method supplied by us fails according to the product description.
  • A reseller-panel order experiences a qualifying system or account issue covered by the applicable plan.
  • A digital service ends materially earlier than the purchased duration due to an issue attributable to the supplied product.

Warranty coverage does not automatically mean that a refund will be issued. AccountBot.org may first attempt to troubleshoot, repair, reactivate, restore, or replace the affected product.

2. What We May Provide Under Warranty

When a valid warranty claim is approved, AccountBot.org may, depending on the circumstances and product type, provide one or more of the following remedies:

  • Technical troubleshooting or usage instructions.
  • Restoration of access where technically possible.
  • Updated login or activation information.
  • Replacement of the affected digital product or account.
  • Replacement with a substantially equivalent product when the original option is unavailable.
  • Reseller-panel account replacement where the applicable reseller plan supports it.
  • Store credit or another resolution at our discretion when replacement is not reasonably possible.
  • A refund when required under our Refund Policy or applicable law.
Please note: The appropriate remedy is determined after our support team reviews the specific issue. Replacement is generally preferred when a replacement can restore the purchased service.

3. Warranty Period

The warranty period for a product is the period displayed on the applicable AccountBot.org product page, checkout page, order details, or reseller-panel listing at the time of purchase.

Product Type Typical Warranty Basis
1-Month Subscription Warranty may apply through the purchased 1-month period.
3-Month Subscription Warranty may apply through the purchased 3-month period.
6-Month Subscription Warranty may apply through the purchased 6-month period.
1-Year Subscription Warranty may apply through the purchased 1-year period.
Lifetime Digital Product Coverage is subject to the specific product description and applicable limitations.
Reseller Products Coverage depends on the reseller plan, product type, account status, and applicable reseller terms.

The warranty period generally begins when the product is delivered, activated, generated, or otherwise made available to the customer, unless a different starting point is clearly stated.

4. Situations Not Covered by Warranty

Warranty protection does not apply when the issue is caused by customer misuse, unauthorized changes, third-party actions, or circumstances outside the scope of the purchased service.

Examples of situations that may not be covered include:

  • Changing account credentials when the product instructions prohibit such changes.
  • Changing recovery email addresses, phone numbers, security information, or account ownership details without authorization.
  • Enabling, removing, or modifying two-factor authentication contrary to the supplied instructions.
  • Sharing an account with more users than permitted by the purchased plan.
  • Reselling a non-reseller product when resale is not permitted.
  • Using the service in violation of the applicable provider's terms, restrictions, or acceptable-use rules.
  • Using prohibited automation, bots, scripts, exploits, or abusive activity.
  • Account suspension caused by customer behavior.
  • Changing the subscription plan or billing settings without authorization.
  • Purchasing or adding unrelated products directly through a supplied account.
  • Deleting the supplied profile, account, subscription, license, or required configuration.
  • Failure to follow activation or setup instructions.
  • Issues caused by the customer's device, browser, operating system, network, VPN, proxy, or incompatible software.
  • Failure caused by regional restrictions clearly stated before purchase.
  • Customer-provided incorrect information that prevents successful delivery or activation.
  • Temporary third-party outages that affect all users of the original service.
  • A customer's personal account becoming restricted for reasons unrelated to a product supplied by AccountBot.org.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty eligibility, customers must use the purchased product responsibly and follow all instructions provided on the product page, order page, delivery message, customer dashboard, reseller panel, or support communication.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Keeping supplied login information secure.
  • Not publicly sharing account credentials.
  • Following any device, profile, region, or usage restrictions associated with the product.
  • Contacting AccountBot.org promptly after discovering a problem.
  • Providing accurate order details when requesting warranty support.
  • Cooperating with reasonable troubleshooting steps.
  • Not intentionally damaging, modifying, or compromising a supplied account or service.

6. Subscription and Account Products

Some products sold through AccountBot.org may involve account access, subscription activation, membership access, digital credentials, or access to third-party services.

Warranty claims for these products are evaluated according to the condition in which the product was delivered and the manner in which it was used after delivery.

Where applicable, customers must comply with any usage instructions supplied with the order. Unauthorized modifications to credentials, security settings, subscription information, payment information, or other account settings may invalidate warranty coverage.

7. Reseller Plan Warranty

Customers who purchase AccountBot.org reseller credits or reseller access may receive additional warranty functionality depending on the applicable reseller product.

This may include features such as:

  • Account replacement tools.
  • Automated replacement functionality.
  • Subscription activation controls.
  • Subscription pausing where supported.
  • Warranty tracking for customer orders.
  • Product-specific reseller support.

Resellers remain responsible for their own customer communications, pricing, representations, and compliance obligations. A reseller may not promise warranty protection beyond the coverage actually provided by AccountBot.org for the applicable product.

8. Automated Replacement System

Certain reseller or digital products may support an automated replacement system. When available, this system may generate replacement access for qualifying products experiencing eligible issues.

Automated replacement does not guarantee unlimited replacements. AccountBot.org may restrict, review, suspend, or reject replacement requests where abuse, unusual activity, repeated misuse, or violation of product instructions is detected.

9. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you experience a problem with an eligible product, please contact AccountBot.org support as soon as reasonably possible.

  1. Locate your order.
Have your order number, transaction reference, reseller order ID, or other purchase information available.
  2. Describe the problem.
Explain what is not working and when the issue started.
  3. Provide relevant evidence.
We may request screenshots, error messages, or other reasonable information required to investigate the claim.
  4. Follow troubleshooting instructions.
Our support team may ask you to complete certain steps before a replacement or another remedy is issued.
  5. Receive a resolution.
After review, we may restore access, provide a replacement, issue store credit, or provide another remedy where appropriate.

10. Information Required for Warranty Claims

To process a claim efficiently, AccountBot.org may request:

  • Order number.
  • Email address used for the purchase.
  • Product or plan name.
  • Date of purchase.
  • Description of the problem.
  • Relevant screenshots or error messages.
  • Confirmation that the supplied usage instructions were followed.
  • Other information reasonably required to verify the issue.

Never send unnecessary sensitive information such as full payment-card details or unrelated passwords.

11. Replacement Products

A replacement may not always be identical to the originally supplied product. When necessary, AccountBot.org may provide a functionally or commercially comparable replacement.

Replacement availability can depend on inventory, service availability, regional limitations, third-party platform changes, and other technical conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, receiving a replacement does not restart or extend the original purchased warranty period. The replacement normally continues under the remaining warranty period of the original order.

12. Third-Party Services

Some products offered through AccountBot.org may relate to services operated by independent third-party providers.

AccountBot.org does not control third-party websites, applications, service availability, platform rules, technical systems, pricing, regional policies, or changes made by those providers.

A third-party provider may change its service, features, technical requirements, policies, supported regions, or account systems without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with qualifying warranty issues, but cannot guarantee that third-party services will remain unchanged.

13. Product Discontinuation

If a product becomes unavailable or permanently discontinued during an applicable warranty period, AccountBot.org may offer an alternative product, replacement service, store credit, or another reasonable remedy depending on the circumstances.

14. Abuse of Warranty System

AccountBot.org reserves the right to investigate warranty claims for fraud, abuse, manipulation, duplicate claims, intentional account damage, unauthorized resale, or other misuse.

Warranty privileges may be restricted or denied where there is reasonable evidence that a customer has intentionally caused a product to fail, repeatedly violated product instructions, submitted fraudulent claims, or attempted to exploit the warranty or replacement system.

15. Warranty vs. Refund Eligibility

Warranty coverage and refund eligibility are separate matters.

A product experiencing a technical issue may qualify for troubleshooting or replacement without automatically qualifying for a refund. Refund requests are governed separately by the AccountBot.org Refund Policy.

Where applicable consumer-protection laws provide mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, those rights will continue to apply.

16. No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Third-Party Service

Digital platforms may experience maintenance, outages, application updates, security checks, or other temporary interruptions.

AccountBot.org does not warrant that every third-party platform will operate continuously without interruption. Temporary outages affecting the original service generally do not constitute a product defect attributable to AccountBot.org.

17. Changes to This Warranty Policy

AccountBot.org may update this Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, systems, support processes, business practices, or legal requirements.

The most current version will be published on AccountBot.org with an updated revision date.
